How do I know what size to purchase?
For the perfect fit, follow these easy steps to measure your dog’s key areas:
Lower Neck: Measure around the base of your dog’s neck just below where their collar usually sits for a snug yet comfortable fit.
Chest (Girth): Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your dog’s torso, typically just behind their front legs.
Sizing Tips:
If your dog has a broad chest or shoulders, consider going up one size for a more comfortable fit.
If your dog has a narrower chest or body and falls between sizes, opt for the smaller size for a better fit.
Always leave a little extra room (around one-two fingers' width) for comfort!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (from dispatch date).
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (from dispatch date).
Dispatch: All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the time & date your order was placed.
Please note that all orders will be dispatched during our operating times of Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (AEST).

Can I track my order?
Please allow 24-48 business hours after you place your order for it to be dispatched. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Please then allow the shipping company 24 hours to update the tracking on their end.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes as it is now with the carrier. However, you may be able to contact the carrier (found on your tracking) to request any updates.
If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to amend this for you. Contact us ASAP at info@fetchnbark.com and we can see if we can update your details before your order is shipped.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made due to the high volume of orders we ship out daily. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

Can I refund my order if I'm not satisfied?
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
