Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched within 24-48 hours from the time and date your order was placed. We ship all orders from our warehouse based in Brisbane, Queensland.
Orders for items placed before 12pm AEST each day are processed and shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. After 12pm, orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will only be shipped on Monday morning.
Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch during peak sales periods.
Tracking information is provided for all deliveries. Once your order has shipped tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS if you have provided your mobile number.
SHIPPING:
At this time, we only ship within Australia and to New Zealand.
Shipping rates for orders to New Zealand are calculated based on weight at checkout. However, all bundles will fall within the 500g–1kg range.

REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fetchnbark.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@fetchnbark.com
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDER:
Fetch & Bark may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Once your order has been placed, unfortunately we do not cancel/refund orders. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us ASAP and we'll see what we can do before your order has been dispatched.
